We had a wonderful day at the St. Patrick's Day Feis in the Irish Club WA on Sunday 8th March 2020. Huge thank you to our adjudicator, the wonderful Charmaine May ADCRG from NSW. We gave a donation of $200 to the Irish Club and they are very grateful for the support from our association. Thank you to everyone that attended.

Australia and the world are entering unprecedented territory in the scale and size of the global health pandemic that is COVID-19. As a branch we are ensuring that we are keeping ourselves updated, educated and responsive to reputable and quality information surrounding the COVID-19 and act in a way to protect the health and safety of our dance community as well as the general population health.
General recommendations are for people to be vigilant with their hygiene, monitor changes in health and make informed choices when considering attending events. All sickness and illnesses should be dealt with as you would have previously, with caution (by isolating for the recommended exclusion period). We also ask that if you have a positive test for COVID-19 that you contact your dance teacher directly and promptly so that proactive precautionary actions can be taken. At this point in time our upcoming feisanna are scheduled to proceed as planned and we will put measures in place to reduce health risks. Should this change due to the directions given by the Department of Health, we will pass on this information as soon as humanly possible. Your continued support is greatly appreciated. Stay safe, avoid panic, keep educated & keep your hands clean. The members are looking forward to the first feis of the year!
